Hour-based, not ticket-based

Support is sold as a real pool of monthly hours. Most IT companies bill 1-hour minimums — we bill in 15-minute blocks.

One-off work stays one-off

Projects, migrations and ad-hoc work are quoted up-front at our standard hourly rates — never absorbed into your support pool.

No surprises in your monthly invoice. Anything outside the agreed environment is quoted up-front using our standard hourly rates.

Project work, ad-hoc & overflow

  • Projects, major changes and platform migrations — $120/hr standard.
  • Ad-hoc support outside any package — $120/hr.
  • vCIO advisory beyond the retainer — $400/hr.
  • Overflow above your tier's hour pool — billed at the tier's effective rate.
  • Procurement, hardware supply, cabling and onsite outside agreed visits.
15-minute billing

We bill in 15-minute blocks. Most IT companies don't.

Every support ticket is rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes — so a 5-minute task and a 15-minute task both consume 15 minutes of your pool.

That's a real, structural difference from the industry-standard 1-hour minimum. On a typical month it means more of your support pool is spent on actual work, not rounded-up admin.
