Are you locked to one vendor?

No. We design with the right kit for the site — Cisco, UniFi, Meraki, Fortinet, and Ubiquiti are all in regular rotation. Our certifications cover the full stack so we can recommend honestly, not based on which margin is biggest.

Will you support our existing network or insist on a rip-and-replace?

We support what you have. Most engagements start with a topology audit and a heat-map Wi-Fi survey, after which we operate the existing network. We only recommend replacement when a device is end-of-life, end-of-support, or a measurable bottleneck.

How is monitoring delivered after-hours?

24/7 polling on every link, device, and SD-WAN tunnel. Alerts go to a human on rotation, not a generic inbox — mean alert-to-engineer time is under four minutes. P1 incidents trigger a phone call, not just an email.

Do you handle the physical install or just the design?

Both. We run site surveys, recommend cable paths, supply switches and APs, and either coordinate licensed cablers or use our own field engineers in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. One quote, one accountable team, no finger-pointing.

How are firewall rules and configs documented?

Every site gets a one-page topology diagram and a versioned config repo — every rule change is captured with a reason, an author, and a date. Audit logs retain 12 months for compliance. You can take the documentation with you if you ever leave.
