Do you disclose your margin?
Yes. Every quote shows the line item, the vendor cost, and the margin we add — separately, not buried. You can compare us directly against a vendor-direct quote any time. We benchmark our own pricing quarterly and re-issue if we are uncompetitive.
How fast can you ship?
Stocked kit (popular EliteBooks, Latitudes, ThinkPads, common monitors and headsets) ships from a partner warehouse inside seven business days. Custom-config kit and back-ordered models depend on the vendor; we quote a date in writing before you commit.
Are devices imaged before they arrive?
Yes — included by default. We image with your SOE, join the device to your domain or Intune tenant, label it, and ship direct to the user. The user opens the box, signs in, and is productive without an IT visit.
Can we use our existing licensing or do we have to buy through SDS?
Either is fine. We can buy on your behalf as a Microsoft CSP or quote against an existing EA/MPSA. We will tell you which is cheaper for your seat count rather than steering you to whichever pays us better.
What happens to old kit?
Two paths: certified data destruction (NIST 800-88 wipe + signed certificate per device) for sensitive disposals, or partner-led trade-in for credit when the kit still has resale value. We document either, so audit and accounting both stay clean.
